A phase-gated pathway from first post-surgical load to a passed return-to-sport battery. Each phase opens on numbers — strength symmetry, hop tests, movement quality — and closes only when the next set is met.
Week one begins on the partial-weight frame: gait and range at loads the graft tolerates. Resistance work moves to the calibrated rig as tolerance criteria are met, with the isometric bench gating each phase on limb-symmetry percentage. The final phase rehearses the demands of the sport itself — deceleration, cutting, landing — under measured load. Discharge is a test battery, and the patient leaves with every number that passed it.
