The repair sets the early boundaries: protected range windows agreed with the operating surgeon. Inside those windows, work starts immediately — scapular control, isometric loading at fixed angles, graded rotation on the rig. Range advances on healing timelines; load advances on measured strength. The shoulder is discharged when it presses, pulls and reaches overhead at criteria — not when the calendar says so.
