Method
A joint can look healed and still move poorly. Movement therapy works on the usable pattern: control, strength, timing, confidence and the demands of the life or sport the person is returning to.

Pain matters, but it is not the only way a body says it is ready or not ready. Fatigue, asymmetry, hesitation, range, strength and repeatability all shape the next step.
The therapy therefore looks at movement as a system, not as a single injured part.
The clinic creates the controlled environment. The real target is what happens after: stairs, work, training, sport, family life, travel and the ordinary load of a body being used again.
That is why progression has to be specific. A person returning to running and a person returning to desk work may share an injury name, but not the same endpoint.
