How can we help?
This menu only points you to the right place — it cannot give medical advice. To describe a condition, use the enquiry form.
If you need urgent care, contact your local emergency service.
Philosophy
The philosophy is simple enough to be demanding: do not wait for function to return. Measure where the body is, load what it can safely load, and progress only when the numbers and the person agree.

Rest has a place. Waiting is not a method. A joint, tendon, spine or shoulder returns through controlled exposure to the work it has to perform again.
We avoid heroic claims because the clinical reality is more useful: each person arrives with a different history, so the programme starts with measurement rather than assumption.
Dates help organise care. They do not prove readiness. Zazen Health frames rehabilitation as a sequence of criteria: range, strength, symmetry, control, confidence and the task the person wants back.
That is why programmes on this site keep their 'typically' wording. It is deliberate clinical caution, not untidy copy.
