How can we help?

Method
Movement is not decoration around the treatment. It is the treatment medium. The work is selected, loaded and progressed so the body practises the function it has to regain.

The point is not to force a textbook movement onto a person. The point is to find the safe starting point, then make that starting point stronger, cleaner and more repeatable.
That is why the programme structure matters. A movement only earns more range, load or complexity when the previous step is controlled.
A session is not a collection of exercises. It is a sequence of clinical questions: what is limited, what can be loaded, what compensates, what improves, and what has to be measured again.
This is the part of rehabilitation a generic exercise sheet cannot do.
