How can we help?

Patient Journey
Four steps: a consultation that produces an individualised plan, a 12-day course on purpose-built equipment, a check-up at the halfway point, and a discharge decided by criteria rather than by a date.

Two different numbers describe two different things, and they are easy to confuse. The course above is 12 DAYS of supervised work with a mid-point check at six sessions. A full recovery is usually measured in months and depends on the injury — the median for return to sport after ACL reconstruction, for example, is about 14 weeks.
So a patient can complete the 12-day course and still be some way from the end of the recovery. That is normal and it is the point of discharging on criteria rather than on a date: the course ends when the course ends, and the recovery ends when the numbers say it has.
Contact can help with an enquiry. It cannot triage severe or worsening symptoms. The urgent notice on the contact page stays explicit for that reason.
When booking goes live, it will reserve real slots rather than act as a lead form.
Sequence
This is the programme as the clinic runs it, not a description of it.
01
Assessment with the Head of Therapy. An individualised plan is created from what the assessment finds.
Step 1
02
A 12-day exercise course with dedicated physical therapists, on equipment designed in-house for the purpose.
Step 2
03
A progress check-up after six sessions. The plan is adjusted against what has actually changed.
Step 3
04
A final check-up with home-exercise guidance. Discharge follows criteria, not a calendar date.
